The College of Pharmacy at Al-Zahraa University for Girls received a delegation from the College of Pharmacy at Al-Mustansiriya University, which included Dr. Athmar Thahir Habib, Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, and Ms. Maysaa Mahdi Karim, Head of the College Library, in a visit aimed at opening up prospects for scientific and knowledge cooperation between the two sides.

The delegation was received by Dr. Alaa Abdul Hussein Naeem, Assistant Dean of the College of Pharmacy for Scientific Affairs, during which opportunities for joint coordination between the Central Library at Al-Zahraa University for Girls and the Library of the College of Pharmacy at Al-Mustansiriya University were discussed, in order to enhance the exchange of scientific resources and develop research capabilities.

The two sides discussed ways to develop university library services by introducing modern electronic systems, facilitating access to databases and academic references, in addition to organizing workshops and training courses for library staff.

The visit comes in the context of strengthening cooperation between Iraqi universities and exchanging academic and administrative experiences, within the framework of ongoing efforts to advance scientific research and sources of knowledge within higher education institutions in Iraq.
