Dean of Faculty of Pharmacy Meets Teaching and Administrative Staff

The Dean of the College of Pharmacy at Al-Zahraa University for Girls, Professor Dr. Nour Hatif Al-Dabbagh, held an extensive meeting with the heads of departments and administrative units, dedicated to discussing the requirements that would enhance the efficiency of administrative work and support the academic path in the college.

The meeting also discussed evaluating organizational performance during the previous period and identifying priorities that require urgent development. This included improving follow-up procedures, developing work systems, and adopting modern programs that enhance the quality of services provided to students, ensuring smoother workflows and reducing operational challenges. In addition, a practical vision was outlined for advanced programs that could be incorporated into the development plans for the current academic year.

Al-Dabbagh stressed that improving the educational process depends on an effective administrative environment, calling for the adoption of clear performance indicators and updating implementation mechanisms in line with accreditation and quality requirements.

The meeting concluded with an agreement to formulate a roadmap that includes periodic follow-up procedures and joint implementation steps between the departments and units, with the aim of supporting the stability of the educational process and achieving the college’s goals in continuous development.
