
A periodic meeting in the Clinical Pharmacy branch discusses the elements of improving university education.
The Clinical Pharmacy Branch at the College of Pharmacy at Al-Zahraa University (peace be upon her) for Girls held its periodic meeting, chaired by Dr. Asmaa Hussein, to discuss the most important elements that enhance university education and the requirements for academic development, within the framework of the college’s continuous efforts to ensure the achievement of the highest levels of academic quality.
The meeting focused on reviewing and developing work mechanisms in line with the college’s mission to prepare pharmaceutical competencies, in addition to emphasizing the need to apply quality standards and academic accreditation. Discussions also focused on the practical aspect and clinical training, to ensure sound educational outcomes, and discussed mechanisms to support scientific research directed towards therapeutic problems that serve the community.
This periodic meeting is part of a series of meetings held by the branches of the College of Pharmacy, which aim to follow up on the implementation of scientific and research plans and work on applying them on the ground, in order to achieve academic and research excellence for the college in preparing qualified clinical pharmacists to serve the patient and society with the highest standards.
