Quality assurance and university performance, in cooperation with the College of Pharmacy at Al-Zahraa University for Girls, held its specialized scientific workshop to clarify (the mechanism for filling out the university performance evaluation form for faculty members), within the framework of implementing the college’s strategic plans aimed at enhancing comprehensive quality standards and raising the level of academic performance.
The workshop, presented by instructor Raghad Ahmed Hussein and Ms. Noor Qasim Rashid, included a review of the evaluation form approved by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, with a detailed explanation of how to fill it out accurately and objectively, ensuring documentation of teaching, research, and community service efforts. Part of the workshop was also dedicated to answering instructors' inquiries and clarifying aspects of the technical procedures related to the evaluation process.
This workshop is part of the activities that represent important steps towards establishing a culture of quality in the university environment, and contributes to achieving the requirements of academic accreditation and enhancing the college's competitiveness at the local and international levels.
