College of Pharmacy at Al-Zahraa University for Women Holds Scientific Workshop on “Time Management” Under the auspices of the President of Al-Zahraa University for Women, Prof. Dr. Zainab Al-Mulla Al-Sultani, and the supervision of the Dean of the College of Pharmacy, Prof. Dr. Noor Al-Dabbagh, and in collaboration with the Career Services Division and the Center for Continuous Education, the College of Pharmacy organized a scientific workshop titled “Time Management.” The session was delivered by Dr. Alaa Abdulrazzaq Mohammed Hussein, a faculty member at the College of Pharmacy. The workshop aimed to equip participants with essential skills to organize their time, prioritize tasks, and boost productivity in both their personal and professional lives. Topics included the concept of time management, identifying time wasters, and practical tools such as the Eisenhower Matrix and Pomodoro Technique to aid in planning. The workshop also focused on setting SMART goals and intelligently managing distractions. Interactive activities were incorporated to help participants apply concepts and build effective organizational habits. By the end of the workshop, participants developed actionable plans to optimize their time usage and achieve a more balanced lifestyle.
