Under the direction of Al-Abbas's (p)
Holy Shrine and the direct supervision by the presidency of al-Zahraa University for Women,
hospital training for fifth-year female students has begun in order to allow sufficient time to cover all syllabus components and for maximum benefit of hospital training.

The training was also carried out under the direct management and pursuance of the Deanship of the Faculty of Pharmacy as an integral part of the provision of quality education to our dear female students, particularly in view of the importance of clinical medical training and according to the mechanism approved by the Council of the Faculty of Pharmacy. The training is carried out in a way that combines real medical casessimulation within the University campus and practical training in hospitals
affiliated with Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine, such as Al-Safir Surgical Hospital and Sayyida Khadija (p) Hospital for Women. The training is also carried out in coordination with hospital administrations..
Each hall is supervised by a number of female instructors with a specific specialization in clinical pharmacy
Training for fifth-year students started at the beginning of July, with student’s partition into small groups for practical hospital training
The training included case studies at each of the wards (internal medicine, gynecology, surgery and pediatrics) as well as medications used for medical cases in each ward
