Educational workshop to enhance the role of administrative staff in the quality of university performance

The Quality Assurance and University Performance Division at the College of Pharmacy held an educational workshop entitled “Together Towards Academic Excellence: The Role of Administrative Staff in Quality,” as part of the college’s directives aimed at promoting quality pathways and raising the efficiency of university performance.

The workshop was presented by the head of the department, Assistant Lecturer Banaz Saleh, in which she discussed the importance of the pivotal role played by the administrative staff in achieving the requirements of quality and institutional accreditation, in addition to reviewing the most prominent administrative practices that contribute to developing the work environment and enhancing the effectiveness of procedures within the college.

These workshops emphasize the need for integrated efforts between administrative and scientific staff to ensure high performance levels that support the continuous development process in the college.
