Pharmacy Faculty Organizes Scientific Workshop on Significance of Academic Performance and Evaluation Form Completion 

Under the aegis of Prof. Dr. Zainab Al-Mulla Al-Sultani, President of Al-Zahraa University for Women, and the supervision of Prof. Dr. Noor Al-Dabbagh, Pharmacy Faculty Dean, Quality Assurance Division at the Faculty organized a scientific workshop focused on the components of academic performance evaluation for Faculty members. The workshop was led by Asst. Lect. Baneen Ali Naji along with Asst. Lect. Benaz Saleh Ahmed. Additionally, the workshop’s primary goal was to elucidate the role of performance evaluation in improving professional efficiency and fostering continuous professional development. The session also outlined the fundamental objectives that the Faculty seeks to achieve through the evaluation process. It bears noting that the key topics covered during the said workshop included the concept and purpose of academic performance evaluation, various methods utilized in the evaluation process, as well as comprehensive guidance on completing the evaluation forms for both academic and administrative staff.
