Word of Assistant of dean for administrative affairs

In The Name of Allah Most Gracious and the Most Merciful

Shura (consultation) is a great principle guided by our true religion. It is the foundation of successful teamwork and one of the pillars of effective management. As the Holy Quran makes clear, consultation and exchange of views contribute to achieving common goals, an approach we seek to adopt in our administrative work within the college.

Administrative work is based on cooperation and participation among all departments and units. Our role is not limited to implementing procedures, but rather includes providing an integrated environment that fosters creativity and harmony and serves the educational and research process.

The Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs is one of the important pillars of the structure of the College of Pharmacy at Al-Zahra University for Women. It is responsible for organizing the administrative and technical aspects of the college's deanship and departments, ensuring the smooth flow of work within the college's administrative side and providing support and assistance to the college's academic departments, equipping them with their requirements. The Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs also seeks to achieve a high degree of fluidity in the college's service and financial management, and to organize the affairs of the faculty, administrative staff, and financial personnel in a manner that guarantees the rights of employees, in accordance with the University Service Law.
