Complaints mechanisms
And it is done through those mechanisms:
– Submit your complaint directly via the complaints email on the college website (Dr. Ro’a’s email)

– A written complaint should be placed in the complaints box in the rest area opposite the photocopying library / second floor

A written complaint can be submitted directly to the Dean's office.
