Speech by the Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy at the start of the 2025-2026 academic year
dear student
With the start of the new academic year, we wish you success and good fortune in all your academic endeavors.
At the College of Pharmacy at Al-Zahraa University (peace be upon her) for Girls, affiliated with the Holy Shrine of Imam Hussein, we strive to provide the best possible scientific and practical development, starting with infrastructure that keeps pace with global development, passing through the competent and advanced teaching staff, in addition to advanced scientific laboratories and classrooms equipped with all modern educational means.
These two blessings and successes continue with us through the blessings of our Lady and Mistress Fatima Al-Zahra (peace be upon her) and our Master Abu Abdullah Al-Hussein (peace be upon him), and through the continuous support of the Holy Husseini Shrine and the University Presidency, which spared no effort in ensuring the success of the educational journey at the University and bringing it to the ranks of advanced universities.
Thanks to the follow-up of the Deanship of the College of Pharmacy and the efforts of the distinguished teachers, our diligent students achieved first place in the ministerial evaluation exams for the academic year (2024-2025), and thus they maintained this position for the second year in a row, which is a result of diligence, perseverance and hard work.
We are proud of you, our dear daughters, and of the scientific and educational successes you have achieved, which demonstrates the great concern you have for the future of our dear country.
We would like to remind you of the need to adhere to the instructions of the esteemed university, whose vision is derived from the Holy Shrine of Imam Hussein and the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
We wish you success and good fortune, and we are here to support you in your academic and scientific journey, which carries a humanitarian message to serve society.
