Under the direct supervision of the Dean of the College of Pharmacy and Head of the Appointments Committee for Teaching Staff, Professor Dr. Noor Hatif Al-Dabbagh, interviews continue for qualified and experienced pharmacists with academic expertise, for appointment to the permanent staff of the college.
This measure comes within the college’s plan to attract advanced scientific competencies, which contributes to enhancing the academic and research journey, and raising the level of educational and practical performance of students, in accordance with the latest scientific standards and the actual needs of the scientific branches in the college.
Al-Dabbagh indicated that the future plan includes expanding the teaching staff with scientific experience, launching advanced training programs for new faculty members, in line with labor market requirements and academic accreditation standards, as well as increasing opportunities for joint scientific research with reputable universities and health institutions inside and outside Iraq.
These steps emphasize the established goals, which enable the preparation of a generation of female pharmacists who possess integrated scientific and practical skills, and who can contribute effectively to the development of the health sector and serve the community efficiently and scientifically.
