This study aimed to prepare Fe3O4@Glucose-Gingerol nanoparticles NPs and investigate their anti-cancer potential in lung adenocarcinoma cell line.
. The physical and chemical properties of the nanoparticles were studied using FT-IR, XRD
zeta potential, DLS, EDS, mapping, VSM, and electron microscopy imaging. Cell lines were examined A549 “lung adenocarcinoma” and MRC-5 (normal) cell lines by MTT assay.
This study revealed that Fe3O4@Glu-Gingerol NPs
have anti proliferative effects on lung adenocarcinoma cell line
line by activating intrinsic
and extrinsic apoptosis which is a promising feature
in cancer therapy.
