The College of Pharmacy at Al-Zahra University for Women attaches great importance to ensuring the quality of the educational process and maintaining a suitable academic environment that ensures students' success and academic excellence. In line with the vision of the Iraqi Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and based on the university's methodology, the college closely monitors student absences and holds violations accountable in a fair and systematic manner, with the aim of promoting academic commitment and discipline.
Monitoring students’ absences is a key step in ensuring continuity of academic achievement. Absences are addressed seriously, and their reasons are discussed through contacting parents or guardians when necessary. Violations that require further action are referred to the relevant disciplinary committees to ensure that decisions are made with fairness and transparency, reflecting the college’s commitment to balancing firmness with understanding of individual circumstances.
In addition, the college is committed to monitoring adherence to the uniform and modesty code, promoting an academic environment that respects societal values and traditions. Appropriate action is taken with regard to any violations to ensure the preservation of ethical values, which constitute a fundamental pillar of the college's vision.
