This study aims to develop an advanced nanosystem to improve the delivery efficiency of 6-thioguanine, a drug used in breast cancer chemotherapy. Breast cancer is one of the most common cancers among women worldwide, and traditional treatments often face challenges such as poor drug solubility and low drug delivery efficiency to cancer cells. Therefore, the researcher designed a nanosystem based on porous silica nanoparticles (MSNs) loaded with the drug and coated with Silk Fibroin protein to enhance pharmacokinetic properties and increase targeting efficiency to breast cancer cells.<\/p>\n
