In line with the vision of the Iraqi Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and based on the university's methodology, the college closely monitors student absences and holds violations accountable in a fair and systematic manner, with the aim of promoting academic commitment and discipline.<\/p><p>Monitoring students\u2019 absences is a key step in ensuring continuity of academic achievement. Absences are addressed seriously, and their reasons are discussed through contacting parents or guardians when necessary. Violations that require further action are referred to the relevant disciplinary committees to ensure that decisions are made with fairness and transparency, reflecting the college\u2019s commitment to balancing firmness with understanding of individual circumstances.<\/p><p>In addition, the college is committed to monitoring adherence to the uniform and modesty code, promoting an academic environment that respects societal values \u200b\u200band traditions.
