In accordance to the general policy of the College of Pharmacy for Excellence in the field of teaching and scientific research, the pharmacognosy department is constantly seeking to develop its academic plan that achieves the college\u2019s goals in general and the department goals in particular to keep pace with developments in this field. The department aims to establish female students with a strong scientific basis in pharmacognosy science, medical plants, therapeutic drug monitoring, public health, pharmacy ethics, as well as the basic curricula of medical physics, mathematics, computer, democracy, human rights and Al-Baath crimes, and we seek to prepare students capable of keeping pace with the development in the production
